You can configure the Push Notification shape after you add it to a flow. By customizing the shape, you can notify one or more users that a case requires action.
Double-click the Push Notification shape in a flow, or click a step in Case Designer that uses the Push Notification shape.
Identify the notification recipients.
In the Recipient type list, select Application.
The To field becomes inactive, and is automatically populated with a name of your current application.
In the Recipient type list, select Access group.
In the To field, click the arrow and select the access group in your current application.
In the Recipient type list, select Individual.
In the To field, click the arrow and select the ID of a user who belongs to an access group in your current application.
In the Message field, click the arrow and select a property reference to display to the user. Add text to create a verbose notification to be displayed on a mobile device, for example: "We have processed your application:" + .pyCaseID
In the Badge count field, click the arrow and select a property that stores the number of notifications.
Optional: Select Sound alert to give an audible cue to users when the push notification is received.
In the Audit note field, click the arrow and select the name of a field value that is added to the history, or audit trail, of the case when the Push Notification shape is processed.
Click Submit.
